Abbreviation for Maryland Delaware Rocketry Association down the side. “Freedom to fly”, Dates and location of Red Glare at the bottom. Artwork depicts a rocket heading towards blue skies with the glare of the rocket from the burn of the motor. Also the XXI in the corner of the artwork.
